I have extensive experience working with couples, families, and individuals, including children, adolescents, and adults. I take a client-centered approach, allowing you to take the lead in our sessions while I guide you toward your goals with genuine empathy and consistent professionalism. I understand that everyone’s path to healing, growth, and change is unique, influenced by their individual experiences, backgrounds, and needs. With empathy and compassion, I work collaboratively with you to determine your therapeutic goals and develop a plan tailored to your desired outcomes.

Additionally, I run a non-profit organization, L.A.U.N.C.H for Life, which offers group mentoring to young men ages 10-16 who need positive male role models. In my free time, I enjoy working out, coaching sports, and spending quality time with my family.
