    Individual Therapy:

    • Initial Evaluation Session $160
    • Initial Evaluation Session with Resident in Counseling $65
    • 53-60 Minute Sessions $140
    • 53-60 Minute Sessions with Resident in Counseling $60
    • 38-52 Minute Session with Resident in Counseling $45

    +For clients paying flat fees for services, payment is expected at the time of session.

    Marital Therapy:

    • Initial Evaluation Session $200
    • Initial Evaluation Session with Resident in Counseling $70
    • 50-60 Minute Sessions- $150 60-90 Minute Sessions-$175
    • 53-60 Minute Sessions with Resident in Counseling $65
    • 38-52 Minute Session with Resident in Counseling $50

    +For clients paying flat fees for services, payment is expected at the time of session.

    Additional Fees

    • Missed appointment fee (canceled less than 24 hours) $100
    • Checks returned due to insufficient funds will incur a fee of $35
    • Court costs are $1000 per day; Letters for court are $99 plus session fees*
    • Emotional Support Animal Letter $200 plus session fees*.
    • Records request $50
    • Disability or other letters $50 and up
    • Consults with other professionals $100 hr (pro-rated in 15 min increments).

    *session fees may be covered by insurance

    Payment:

    You will be expected to pay for either each session in full, or your insurance co-payment at the time of your appointment. Accepted methods of payment are cash, check, or credit cards. There is an additional 2.6% charge to process credit card payments. Checks should be made payable to Rubicon Counseling LLC.

    Payment

    I accept cash, check and all major credit cards* as forms of payment.

    *credit cards incur a 2.6% processing fee.

    Cancellation Policy

    If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged $100 for the session.
