As a therapist, I enjoy working with people from all walks of life. I believe that anyone can benefit from counseling. I have experience working with depression & anxiety, as well as, communication & relationship issues. I also am skilled in helping with building skills to manage everyday stress, and empowering individuals and families to create the change they want in life. During my therapy sessions, I love helping people feel comfortable with who they are and giving them the tools to deal with the problems that they face each day. I desire to help people have healthier relationships with those around them and to experience a more full and free life.
